The “On the go toast”

You don’t have much time to prepare your snack or lunch? this toast will take you 5 minutes to prepare.


  • 1 piece of organic toast (preferably vegan/gluten free).
  • 1 whole organic tomato.
  • 1 whole organic avocado.
  • 1 spoon of organic roasted pumpkin seeds.
  • 1 spoon of organic sesame oil.

This is how we do it…

  1. Toast the slice of bread.
  2. Slice the avocado or smash it down, as you prefer.
  3. Slice the tomato.
  4. Once your bread is toasted, add the avocado, tomato, pumpkin seeds and sesame oil on top of it as shown in the video.
  5. Finish it with salt and pepper, and eat it because it’s getting late.
