Here I’m sharing this delicious Roasted Potatoes and homemade Ketchup recipe, I hope you like it.
- 3 Potatoes
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1/4 White onion
- 1 pz of garlic
- 3 Spoons of Agave syrup
- 1 Spoon of chia seeds
- 1 Spoon of vinegar
- Thyme | Clove | Cumin | Salt and Pepper
How to do it…
Cut the potatoes in wedges and fry them with a bit of oil, add salt, pepper and a bit of thyme.
Roast them in a pre-heated oven at 350°F for about 20 Minutes.
Chop down the tomatoes and onion, fry it all together in a pan or a wok with the garlic, thyme, cumin, clove, agave syrup, and salt and pepper.
Let it cool down in the chiller before blending it.
In a blender/food processor, blend the chia seeds and thereafter, add the sauce, blend for a couple of minutes.
Bring back the sauce to the pan/wok, cook it on low fire for about 20 minutes, until it looks like a ketchup sauce, let it cool down again. When the potatoes are ready, enjoy it with your homemade ketchup.
