I strongly believe plant-based diet’s our future Medicine, I’m practicing myself and inspiring my family and friends to do so.

If you are not Vegan, hereby I would love to dare you to try plant-based food for a week or two, and you will see how amazing your digestion will be, you will lose some weight during this time and the most incredible thing about eating veggies is… You can eat as much as you want! (not mention all the goods the Vegan life will bring to you).
