If you were looking for easy to do breakfast options you found your place.
- 1 piece of protein vegan toast.
- 2 spoons of vegan cream cheese.
- 1 ripped avocado.
- 2 prunes cut in half.
- Microgreens to decorate.
- Salt and pepper.
This is how we do it…👨🏻🍳
- Toast your bread for about 3/4 minutes.
- Spread the cream cheese on your toast.
- Make a puree with the avocado and spread it on top of the cheese.
- Now is time to add the prunes and decorate it with the microgreens.
- Do not forget to add salt and pepper up to your liking.
Relax… sit down and enjoy your Breakfast of Champions with your favourite coffee or fresh juice.
